::I am amazed at the revamp in service training within the past year at both Nandos in Francistown. The staff seems to have been retrained and hit every mark for a western dining experience. Friendly greeting but not overly overwhelming, patient, immediately brings drinks, helpful with menu items, two-minute check to see if the food tastes good, attentive, polite and preps the bill for a quick but unrushed dining experience. Honestly did not expect this is Bots. Awesome job! (Dined in Jan/Feb 2018)
