Day 2: I'm on the 17th attempt at calling them to follow up on being OVERCHARGED. No answer. I am being SCAMMED.
I call trying to get my account number which I can access online through the website. But I am told that she cannot give me the details over the phone. She expects me to go to a branch to get details I can access online. Phone lines are of NO HELP.
They never told me how BAD they treat their loyal customers. I have been using FNB since 2012 and it's going down the drain. This is very sad, upsetting and unsettling indeed.
One week later. The charges were reversed after I went to the bank in person and spoke with the branch manager. No one below him was able to help.
When I was there the lines in the bank were extremely long. I hope they can find a solution to all this soon.
