I am being SCAMMED. I call trying to get my account number which I can access online through the website. But I am told that she cannot give me the details over the phone. She expects me to go to a branch to get details I can access online. Phone lines are of NO HELP. They never told me how BAD they treat their loyal customers. I have been using FNB since 2012 and it's going down the drain. This is very sad, upsetting and unsettling indeed. One week later.
